Mindfulness Matters

As our workshops draw to a close, we want to thank Ann and Dervil for opening our minds to Mindfulness! Taking time to breathe and being mindful a few times a week not only helps us to relax but also to concentrate better. 

We are going to continue to use these new techniques in class and in the yard. The children might even share them with everyone at home too!
