How are you feeling?

We love to explore our feelings using the zones of regulations. We read books about our emotions, check in our emotions throughout the day, use our 'happy boxes' to relax and use our emotions teddies (kindly knitted by Mrs Jennings' mum) to express our feelings or to regulate ourselves.
