Today we joined hundreds of other primary school pupils in the 10 @ 10 initiative! We learned a routine in English and Irish and then did it in our classroom. We also did it in the yard as a warm up for our school relay. Afterwards we ate a super healthy workout snack of hummus, carrots and peppers. Some of us really liked it and some of us really didn't! The main thing is we all tried it.
The workouts are all available online if the children would like to do them at home with younger siblings, Mom, Dad, Granny, Grandad or even the doggy! Enjoy!
